Open View setup for the current DNS and certificate status. Check that your hostname points to the displayed ingress target, and remove old A or AAAA records pointing elsewhere.

Use DNS-only records if your DNS provider offers proxying. For a root domain, use CNAME flattening or ALIAS support. DNS caches can delay detection; certificate retries must wait for any displayed deadline.

Check the origin address, server availability, and certificate hostname. Strict mode requires a trusted certificate and does not fall back to HTTP.

Use Find a request with the request ID from the error page or response header. Include that ID and the time when contacting support.
